By using, or placing an order from this site you are acknowledging that you have read, and that you understand and accept, the terms and conditions set forth in this document entitled, "Terms and Conditions of Sale".

Acceptance of Orders

Cool Tech PC, Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time, for any reason. Also, any automated or electronic order confirmation, by e-mail or otherwise, does not indicate acceptance of an order.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances is Cool Tech PC, Inc. liable or responsible for any damages that might occur from the use or misuse of any of our products sold, or supplied, to any business or individual under any conditions, including (but not limited to) to the following:

1. Any economic consequential, or incidental, damages (including lost profits or income, lost time or labor, or lost data)
2. Loss of, or damage to any type of hardware/equipment, records, or data
3. Any claims against you for damages from a third party
4. Any type of personal injury

Cool Tech PC, Inc. advises that all installations, or removals of (as well as any modifications, adjustments, or upgrades to), our products, be made only by a qualified technician.

Return Procedures

All returns must be pre-authorized and be clearly marked with a return (RMA) number that we will provide. You must contact us via our ORDER RETURNS PAGE to make a return request. Returns received without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be returned to sender. RMA numbers are valid only for 15 days from the date of issue. Computer hardware components such as hard drives, video cards, computer processors, computer motherboards, surplus parts, and opened case insulation may NOT be returned for a refund.

Payment, Pricing, and Delivery

Cool Tech PC, Inc. accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards in U.S. Dollars. We require full payment in advance for all purchases. All in-stock orders will generally ship within one business day, except for computer systems, which will require typically 4-6 days, since they are built to order. All prices are set at the time of purchase. Cool Tech PC, Inc. does not offer any form of price protection. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (US$). Prices are frequently updated and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors with regard to price.
